Hi! I’m Emily, a math teacher with a Master’s in Math Education from Arizona State University. I’ve taught PreK through 8th grade for 6 years and speak English, Spanish, and American Sign Language. I’m passionate about helping kids build confidence in math, especially with fractions, basic arithmetic, and patterns. I love making math meaningful through real-world connections like cooking and games. My students often grow 1–3 grade levels in a year, and many leave feeling much more confident, especially girls, who often just need that extra encouragement!
