I have been teaching for almost 10 years and it is my passion. I have my BA in the Science of Elementary Ed and my Masters in Communications with an emphasis in education. I have worked with students from kindergarten through 6th grade, but my teaching certificate is in k-8. I have specialized in math, but have taught all subjects. Completing my Masters while working full time and while having a baby made me stronger in time management and planning. My lessons are direct and I check for understanding frequently throughout lessons. I do not like to move on to the next step without full understanding.

I am married, I am a mom of three, and I have a beautiful dog.
