With over two decades of experience in education, I am a licensed teacher in Math (6–12), Science (6–12), Psychology, AP Biology, Economics, and Personal Finance, and hold a TESOL certificate. I began my teaching journey driven by a passion for helping students see the real-world connections between what they learn and how they live. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead curriculum development, mentor new educators, and receive recognition for innovative, student-centered teaching.

One personal milestone I’m especially proud of is supporting the launch of a district-wide STEM initiative, where I helped bridge science and math instruction to boost student engagement and achievement. I am also an advocate for financial literacy and enjoy teaching students how to build a strong foundation in managing their futures.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, thrifting, traveling, and exploring educational technology. My goal is always to inspire curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking in every student I meet.
